Richard T. Graham is a graduate of the University of Michigan (with honors), and the Michigan State College of Law (formally Detroit College of Law). He was admitted to the State Bar in 1995. Before law school, Mr. Graham owned and operated a successful retail optical business for 22 years. Upon graduation, Mr. Graham worked for Benner and Bilicki, and personally handled hundreds of lawsuits for injured persons in automobile negligence, slip and fall incidents, construction accidents, wrongful death, and product liability. Mr. Graham founded The Law Offices of Graham & Hubbert in 1999,with a focus on personal injury and probate and estate planning. He is a program certificate holder from the Institute for Continuing Legal Education in Probate and Estate Planning, and is a guest lecturer at Michigan State College of Law where he frequently gives the introductions to trusts in the Decedents Estates' classes. Mr. Graham is a member of the Washtenaw County Bar Association, the Wayne County Probate Bar, Michigan Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Michigan Bar Association and Probate Bar Section, and is admitted to the U.S. District Court. Mr. Graham is a former military and police officer. He belongs to the Reserve Officers Association, 11th Armored Cavalry and Blackhorse Associations, and is a life member of the Disabled American Veterans Association. He serves as a referral attorney for the Veterans Administration. |
